What is the hotel cancelation policy?
We offer flexible cancellations on our Flex Rate booking options which gives the option of cancelling your booking up to 2 days before your check-in time.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Can I check-in late in the evening?
We have a cancellation policy of 72h. And that counts from the check-in time (2pm) of the day of your arrival. Failing to check-in after that timeframe, will automatically cancel your reservation. Booking deposits are non-refundable
Are the units private?
Yes, all our units are completely private with their own bathroom, bedroom, living room, and other amenities. You will see more detailed amenities of each unit on our booking site.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes, Suitestay Apartments Hotel is pleased to welcome small to medium-sized dogs and cats. A maximum of two pets per room is allowed. Please note that an additional charge of CAD 25 per pet per stay applies. More information on our Pet Policy & Waiver document.
Is breakfast included?
Suitestay Apartments Hotel does not offer breakfast services. However, there are numerous dining options available nearby, allowing you to explore and enjoy the culinary delights of downtown Ottawa.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, Suitestay Apartments Hotel provides parking facilities located at 319 Rideau Street. The cost of parking is CAD 12 per day. Please note that the parking area is shared with Days Inn Hotel.

Age requirement policy
The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the name of the registered guest are required during check-in.
Payment Policy
A Credit Card is required for all reservations.
Non-refundable & Flex option bookings:
We will charge your credit for the full amount of your booking at checkout. In addition, we will pre-authorize a security deposit your credit for an amount of CAD $200 on the day of your arrival that will be voided 1 day after your departure. This hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
Your Credit Card may be pre-authorized by the hotel in advance of check in to ensure the validity of the credit card. If the credit card is found to be invalid the hotel will attempt to contact the guest on the registration to secure a valid credit card. If this can not be done the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation as it is deemed invalid at that time.

Family Plan Policy
Children who are 18 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult.

Self check-in with keypad
You'll be provided with the keypad info on the day of your arrival. Do not share the keypad code with anyone else. Your unit will have separate keys which you can find inside your unit.
House rules
- No smoking (not even on balconies/patios)
- No parties (not even really quiet ones)
- Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m.– 7:00 a.m.
- No illegal activities
- Do not share the buildings passcode
Pets
- Must follow the pet policy agreement
- Must be leashed in all common areas
- No more than 2 pets are allowed
Please note
- The view from the windows in some spaces may be obstructed.
- There is no dedicated parking. Paid street and garage parking is available close to the building.
- The general policies apply to all units.
